We need to make sure that we are following the appropriate guidelines in order to help keep you Covid Safe, so listed below is how best we need to organise your day in order to help minimise any risks. + SHOW DETAILS
o To help with ‘social distancing’ the course will be closed before play and will have a 30minute buffer after play.
Arrival for each player:
o We ask that you arrive ready to play and change your shoes in the car park, as unfortunately, the changing of clothes or showering is not currently permitted in our locker rooms. A copy of our Dress Code is attached for your information.
o There will be coffee & Bacon rolls before play, so we ask that each player arrives no more than one hour before their allotted tee time.
Food and Drink
o Food and drink before play will be served on a rolling basis, based on tee times and served at tables of four, (all of our tables are arranged at set distances).
o Your meal after play will also be seated at the distanced tables for 4 and served on a rolling basis. To avoid congestion and to help with social distancing we ask that players depart after they have eaten.
This will unfortunately mean that we will need to keep gatherings to a minimum for presentations and competition results at the end of your day, so please only stay through to the end if you believe you are in the running for a prize.
In addition to the above, following the recent introduction of the ‘Rule of 6’, we ask that you take special care to ensure different groups do not merge to form larger groups before, during or after a round. Travel to and from golf venues should continue to be in accordance with government regulations.
